Refund Policy

Purchases of API credit packages or proxy traffic packages are subject to our payment and refund terms. Refund requests must meet the eligibility requirements stated below.

For API credit packages purchased online through Stripe or Alipay, you may request a refund within three days of payment if fewer than 1,000 credits have been used. For proxy traffic packages purchased online through Stripe or Alipay, you may request a refund within three days of payment if less than 50 MB of traffic has been used. Cryptocurrency purchases are handled according to the refund method available for the original transaction.
