Refund Policy

Once you purchase the non-blocking point package or IP proxy package, you are deemed to have complied with our payment rules. If you apply for a refund, you must abide by the non-inspection refund rules. Any other form of refund application will be deemed invalid.

If you use Stripe (Alipay) to purchase a non-blocking points package online, you can apply for a refund within 3 days after the payment takes effect and the points consumption is less than 1,000 points;
For IP proxy packages purchased online using Stripe (Alipay), you can apply for a refund within 3 days after the payment takes effect and the traffic consumption is less than 50M;
Captchabypass package purchased with any form of virtual currency payment can be refunded in any form.
